Does everyone share one calendar?

Each person, room, and vehicle has its own working hours and its own bookings. They share a common pool only where a service needs a shared resource, such as a treatment room.

Do I have to take payment?

No. Payment is off by default. You can turn it on per booking link, either requiring payment before the booking is confirmed or simply offering a Pay now button.

Whose Stripe account is the money paid into?

Yours. Payments run through Stripe Connect against your own account, so funds settle directly to you.

Can staff see bookings on their phone?

Yes. Subscribe a calendar feed in Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar and bookings appear automatically. A feed can cover the whole team or just one person.

Do reminders cost extra?

Email reminders are included. SMS, WhatsApp, and calling use your own Twilio or Meta credentials, so those messages come from your own number and are billed by your provider.

Whose WhatsApp number do campaigns send from?

Yours. You connect your own Meta WhatsApp or Twilio account once, and both campaigns and inbox replies send from that number, so customers see the business they already know and you pay your provider directly.

Why does a campaign have to use an approved template?

That is WhatsApp's rule, not ours: a business can only start a conversation with a template Meta has approved. Once someone replies you have a 24 hour window for ordinary messages, and the inbox switches back to a template picker on its own once that window closes, so you cannot accidentally send something that would be rejected.
