Where do submissions go?

Into a single inbox in your dashboard. You can browse by form or as one combined list, search and filter, preview any uploaded files, mark them read, and export to CSV.

Can my own backend create submissions?

Yes. Alongside the browser widget there is a server-to-server JSON API. Your backend authenticates with a secret key and posts to the form's submit endpoint, ideal for CRM sync and automation.

How are files handled?

File-upload fields accept the types and size limit you set per field. Uploads appear in the submission and in a dedicated Files library where you can filter, preview, download, or grab the whole view as a zip.

How do you keep spam out?

A hidden honeypot field is on by default and silently drops bot submissions. Public widget keys are locked to the domains you specify and are rate limited, so your key cannot be reused elsewhere.

Will I know when someone submits?

Yes. Every workspace member gets an in-app notification on each new submission, the dashboard shows unread counts, and you can subscribe to the submission webhook to notify your own systems.
