Is this full accounting software?

No. Invoicing is accounts-receivable only. There is no chart of accounts, no general ledger, and no accounts-payable, vendors, or bills. Balances are computed directly from posted invoices and recorded payments.

Do my customers need an account to pay?

No. Customers pay on a mobile-friendly hosted Stripe page or a Payment Link without ever logging in, and the customer portal lets them view history and download PDFs via a short-lived link.

What if I don't want to take card payments?

Leave Stripe unconnected, add your bank details to the invoice, and click Mark paid when the money lands. Manual payments support cash, bank transfer, ACH, wire, and check, including partial payments.

Can I require sign-off before money moves?

Yes. The built-in approval engine can gate invoice posts, refunds, write-offs, and credit notes behind policies with amount thresholds, multi-step routing, SLAs, and delegations. Self-approval is off by default.

Can I automate repeating invoices and reminders?

Yes. Recurring templates generate fresh drafts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or custom cadence, and overdue invoices can trigger automated branded reminders with the pay link attached.
